How to use a citrus press

Citrus press  

1. You should always put the bowl on first, the handle should line up over the little hole on the topcase (from left to right - or older models front to back)

2. Then place the Citrus press basket on (from left to right - or older models front to back) 

There are 2 cones: The small cone is fitted inside the large cone & is yellow in colour. Choose the cone according to the size of the fruit.

Small cone for small citrus fruit (e.g. lemons, limes, clementines, small oranges)

Large cone for large citrus fruit (e.g. oranges, grapefruit).

The Hinge and lid can be unclicked for Cleaning and can all be washed in the dishwasher.

When using Liquid ingredients: never fill the bowl more than a third full. 

If using Bowls and lids with citrus fruits always rinse out straight away with cold water.
