Create Smoothies and Coulis this part pushes pulp and fruit to side of basket to produce a thicker Jus.

This paddle is placed into the Basket, when you have Soft fruits ie Strawberries, Banana, Mango, ETC. This paddle pushes pulp fruit to side of basket and through holes to produce a thicker Jus, Smoothie, Coulis, Thick Juice.

Ideal for straining soups, put Cooked Vegetables ie Carrot, pumpkin, potato, parsnips etc into the top using the Large XL LID and the paddle will force the soup through the Basket to creat perfect thick soup

Using the paddle for Green juices will create more juice but you may want to add a little water through the XL lid to produce more drinkable juice.     

Can also be used to produce thick soups or even bisques - you must use wide spout bowls.
