The outer elements are identified by two cable connection points at top of elements. Easy to change. 4 philips screws on feet, undo these, the base will come off, undo the two screws either end of the element, Carefully pull off the electric tags, replace element.
The toaster will have 11501, 11503, 11504 11515 or 11516 on base.
