Plastic outside casing with Freezing Solution sealed inside - Stainless Steel mixing Bowl is 135mm high x 190mm Wide

Always keep the bowl in an upright position, the therefore the freezing fluid will have frozen evenly.

* The mixture should only half fill the bowl, as it will expand - Volumise during churning (Instruction book p. 7)

The Magimix ice cream bowl can be used as a wine cooler or Ice bucket

This can be used with the 11048 but you must purchase new 1.1 paddle
