New stainless tray with removable base for sponges, spotted dick, lemon sponge pudding, bacon roly poly, jam roly poly and other steamed puddings, base can be bought to make this more flexible to take another layer of vegetables etc if having large dinner parties or christmas dinner, maximum three levels. These can be stacked up to two high.
